If you have a child or maybe yourself with anxieties reflexology is so beneficial and a kinder treatment. Sam has treated my 12 year old daughter for over a year, she has reflux, asthma, eczema and scoliosis. After her treatment she is a different child, she is happier, more confident and her symptoms are reduced significantly. When I have reflexology myself I feel the difference. I have hip pain, tension, back pain which are all relieved. I also have a better nights sleep and my mind is clearer.
